Job summary

A dynamic corporation in Malaysia seeks an individual for sales administration tasks. The candidate will manage loan documentation, liaise with lawyers and financiers, and prepare financial reports. Entry-level applicants are encouraged; however, at least one year of relevant experience is preferred. Proficiency in Malay and English is required, while knowledge of Mandarin and Microsoft Office will be advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must possess at least Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Handle sales administration tasks including documentation signing.
  • Liaise with purchasers, lawyers, and bankers.
  • Generate billing reports and forecast collections.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • To handle sales administration tasks, including SPA and loan documentation signing, billing and collection.
  • To liaise with purchasers, lawyers, bankers and other related parties.
  • Responsible to generate progress billing and reminders to ensure all collection are collected promptly.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly billing and collection reports and forecast collection.
  • To handle vacant possession inclusive coordination with internal departments.
  • To attend to enquiries, complaint and other issues pertaining to all the projects.
  • Coordinate with financiers on end-financing matters, loan disbursements, progress payments, and manage agent-related activities such as bookings and commission tracking.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc duties, assignments and other activities assigned by the Management from time to time.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • At least one (1) year experience in related field.
  • Able to speak in Malay, English, Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Computer literate and knowledge of IFCA will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office. (Word and Excel)
  • Work independently with good interpersonal and communication skills.
