Sales Admin Executive

Job description

Responsibilities

• 2. Daily monitoring of sales administration activities related to particular accounts
• 3. Furnish adhoc sales reporting to account owner
• 4. Work with customer and factory stakeholders for daily quotes related to process changes, Ad hoc reliability tests, manual jobs, operator OT, non-standard process SPO / POB materials, Ad hoc/non-standard quo meeting & negotiation, NRE quote for tool , equipment , crating , change kit , repair etc
• 5. Work with operations for cost improvement
• 6. Prepare progress reports on progress of projects
• 7. Work with Sales Admin, Operation, Engineering, QA and IFX team to prepare & follow up monthly claim
• 8. Ensure monthly buybacks from customer
• 9. Ensure quarterly expired material physical scrapping with factory stakeholders and customer
• Any other duties assigned by immediate superior
