Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Handle clients’ inquiries and provide assistance.
  • Manage customer information in the AutoCount system.
  • Maintain an organized systematic filing system.
  • Prepare debtor statements and liaise with customers.
  • Process advertising and promotional claim forms in AutoCount.
  • Monitor and process billing.
  • Check and file documentation.
  • Prepare a monthly new outlet list in Excel.
  • Prepare documentation for each sales representative.
  • Update daily delivery records in Excel.
  • Handle billing and logistics related tasks.
  • Coordinate communication with all Heads of Department.

  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.
