We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Service Sales Account Manager with a strong background in techno-commercial sales. The ideal candidate will have 2 or more years of relevant experience and will be responsible for driving revenue growth across assigned geographies and named accounts. This role demands a proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can effectively bridge the gap between service offerings and commercial strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Generate and grow revenue from assigned geographical territories and named key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and aligning service solutions accordingly.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, marketing, service) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence reports.
  • Maintain CRM data and ensure timely reporting and follow-ups.
Qualifications
  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Science/Engineering/Business or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in techno-commercial sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
