We are seeking a driven and technically adept Sales Executive to join our IT Solutions business, specializing in High-Performance Computing (HPC), AI infrastructure, Enterprise IT solutions, and Data Center Colocation Services. The ideal candidate is passionate about advanced computing technologies and comfortable engaging clients across industries such as oil & gas, genomics, healthcare, chemistry, engineering, automotive, and research institutions.
This role requires a blend of strong communication skills, technical understanding, and business development capability to grow our customer base and deliver scalable IT and data center solutions.
- Basic understanding of Linux systems, networking, server hardware, and cloud computing concepts.
- Familiarity with: (Good to have)
- HPC hardware: GPUs, accelerators, high-speed networking
- AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Caffe)
- Simulation software (OpenFOAM, ANSYS)
- Colocation concepts: power/cooling requirements, rack density, cross-connects, fiber connectivity, redundancy standards, SLAs
- Ability to translate technical details into customer-friendly business benefits.
- Proven track record in B2B IT sales, technical sales, or related solution-based selling roles.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience selling data center services, managed services, cloud, or infrastructure solutions is a strong plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT or technical solution sales.
- Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent fields is advantageous.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and resourceful.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple sales funnels simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities for HPC systems, AI infrastructure, cloud HPC solutions, enterprise IT services, and data center colocation services.
- Develop strategic sales pipelines across targeted industries, building strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Conduct customer presentations, solution pitches, and demonstrations to highlight the value of HPC, AI, and colocation solutions.
- Prepare proposal documents, quotations, and commercially aligned offers tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with HPC engineers, solution architects, and data center operations teams to design suitable technical solutions for customers.

- Assist in preparing solution proposals, BOMs, architecture diagrams, and detailed scopes of work.
- Act as the primary contact for customers, providing excellent service and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
- Support customers from pre-sales consultation through deployment, ensuring smooth coordination between sales and technical teams.
- Understand customer roadmaps and recommend scalable upgrades, including additional HPC nodes, cloud integration, and expanded colocation capacity.
- Stay updated on industry trends in HPC, AI, cloud, and modern data center technologies.
- Perform market analysis to identify competitive offerings and strategic positioning for colocation services.
- Participate in events, exhibitions, and industry engagements to expand market presence.
