We are hiring a Safety Manager responsible for EHS system development, implementation, and continuous improvement for EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects.

该岗位负责EPC工程项目的整体EHS体系建设、管理与持续改进，涵盖施工期与运营期的全流程安全监管。

This role covers risk assessment, contractor safety management, incident investigation, regulatory compliance, and safety culture enhancement.

职责包括风险评估、承包商安全管理、事故调查、法规合规及安全文化推动。

The Safety Manager will liaise with HQ and Malaysian authorities (DOSH, BOMBA, DOE) to ensure full project compliance.

此职位需对接总部及政府监管机构（如DOSH、BOMBA、DOE等），确保项目全程安全、合规运行。

📋 Key Responsibilities / 岗位职责

• Lead the development, implementation, and enhancement of EHS systems for EPC projects.
• 主导EHS管理体系在EPC项目中的规划、建立、执行与持续改进.
• Supervise site safety, conduct risk assessments, and manage contractor safety.
• 负责施工现场安全监管、风险评估与承包商安全管理.
• Apply HAZOP, JSA, LOTO, PTW and other risk control systems.
• 运用HAZOP、JSA、LOTO、工作许可证等方法识别并管理关键风险.
• Lead incident investigation and root cause analysis (5-Why, RCA).
• 主导事故调查与根因分析（5-Why、RCA），推动纠正预防措施落实.
• Coordinate with DOSH, BOMBA, DOE for permits, inspections & reporting.
• 对接DOSH、BOMBA、DOE等政府监管部门，确保许可、申报及审查及时完成.
• Conduct EHS training, emergency drills & awareness programs.
• 组织安全培训、应急演练及安全文化推广活动.
• Report EHS performance and improvement plans to management.
• 定期向管理层汇报EHS绩效及改进方案.

🎓 Requirements / 任职要求

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• 本科及以上学历，安全工程、化工、机械或相关专业.
• Minimum 8 years of EHS / Safety experience & 3+ years in EPC projects.
• 至少8年以上EHS或安全管理经验，其中3年以上EPC项目经验.
• Certified Safety & Health Officer (SHO) in Malaysia (mandatory).
• 马来西亚注册安全与健康官员（SHO）证书（必须）.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, HAZOP, RCA, 5-Why.
• 熟悉ISO 45001体系、HAZOP、RCA等分析方法.
• Leadership & coordination ability in multi-contractor environments.
• 具备卓越协调与领导能力，可在多承包商环境中有效推动执行.
• Fluent in English & Malay; Mandarin is an advantage.
