Job Description

To report to the Safety Executive and Senior Management on day-to-day operations and activities related to compliance and promotion of all Safety and Health matters.

To ensure compliance with all regulatory responsibilities and requirements as prescribed under the Occupational Safety and Health legislation and relevant regulations.

To assist the company in ensuring that contractors meet and comply with all OSHA requirements and regulations, and to promote safe conduct of work at the project site.

To assist in reviewing safety documents submitted by contractors (e.g., HIRARC, Method Statement, Permit to Work).

To participate in site safety inspections together with the Safety Executive and project

To record and report site safety findings to the client’s management accurately and promptly.

To assist in coordinating safety meetings, audits, and follow-up actions with contractors

To support the implementation of the client’s Safety and Health policies and improvement initiatives.

To undertake any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as instructed by the Supervising Officer/Superior.
