Job Description
  • Developing and implementing new methods of teaching
  • Designing, preparing and developing teaching material
  • Delivering lectures, seminars and tutorials
  • Prepare and regularly update teaching files assigned by PCO
  • Assessing student coursework
  • Prepare and marking examinations questions
  • Responsibility on student attendance record
  • Invigilate examinations and practical training presentation
  • Supporting student through pastoral/advisory role
  • Supervising student activities
  • Undertaking continuous professional development and participating in staff training activities
  • Undertaking administrative task related to the department
  • Representing the institution at professional conferences and seminars and contributing to the as necessary
  • Representative for student site visit in related industry
  • Develop module for diploma or short courses program (internal/external)
  • Recommend adoption and purchase of textbooks or training material for each course offering with PCO and DPCO
  • Assist the Deputy to arrange site visit, seminar and other training program for diploma/degree students
  • Any relevant task given from time to time by principal or Deputy Principal
