Job summary

A leading global snacks company seeks an RTM professional for their Regional Growth & Strategy team in Malaysia. This role is crucial in driving RTM and digital capabilities to meet market demands and growth targets. Responsibilities include designing next-gen RTM models, enhancing sales effectiveness through digital tools, and developing performance indicators. The ideal candidate holds an MBA with at least 5 years of experience in FMCG and possesses strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of post-MBA experience in Sales, Commercial Excellence, or Route to Market.
  • Experience in FMCG industry in India/SEA.
  • Prior experience in Sales operations or Sales COE Digital roles preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design and rollout next-gen RTM models for emerging markets.
  • Provide thought leadership on Sales Digital Tools.
  • Develop KPIs and analytical dashboards.
