Job Responsibilities:
- Execute and support RPA process initiatives with team members, relevant stakeholders, and process owners.
- Provide effective support to the Head of RPA to ensure smooth departmental operations.
- Ensure that business users' interests are reflected in all phases of process improvement.
- Understand and design solutions for various processes used across DHL Express in different functions and locations.
- Identify and leverage best practices within the RPA/OCR community.
- Design practical and effective solutions to address improvement opportunities, focusing on cost and performance.
- Successfully implement RPA initiatives with DHL Express Business Partners.
- Relate to cross-cultural processes and country sensitivities.
- Create and maintain RPA process documentation according to RPA COE governance (e.g., process maps, SDD).
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide solutions on RPA/OCR usage.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Good understanding of IT development processes.
- Ability to develop tools/solutions using programming languages such as .Net and MSSQL.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Innovative and creative mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Discipline in performing standard procedures.
- Strong interest in Robotic Process Automation.
- Hands-on experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) is essential.
- Experience in .Net Development is an advantage.
- Experience with Power BI is an advantage.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a Software Development Environment and at least 1+ years of experience with UiPath platform.
- Experience in process analysis, design, coding, implementation, testing, UAT, debugging, and bug fixing.
- Qualified university degree in IT, Software Development, or related fields preferred.
