Job summary

A medical technology firm in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a ROSA Clinical & Technical Specialist to provide clinical support and technical service for the ROSA™ system. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering and several years of clinical or orthopedic sales experience, coupled with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. This role involves close collaboration with surgeons and hospital staff, ensuring optimal system utilization and customer satisfaction. Travel may be required up to 80%.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of clinical sales experience or 5 years of orthopedic sales and case coverage experience.
• Experience with Clinical Support in the Operating Room is preferred.
• Prior experience with Robotics is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service and clinical support for the ROSA™ system.
• Perform new system installations and preventative maintenance.
• Lead surgical teams through training pathways for the ROSA™ system.
