Responsibilities

• Each Roadside Assistant (RSA) task must be completed according to the established Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Carry out battery delivery and installation at the time agreed upon with the customer.
• Conduct vehicle inspections such as alternator, starter, and current leakage checks.
• Provide clear explanations to customers regarding any issues identified.
