Connect In Asia Sdn. Bhd. is a professional consultancy firm based in Mont Kiara. We specialize in providing premium services to Korean clients, including International Consultancy (MM2H, Study Abroad, Real Estate Investment) and Short-Term Property Management (Airbnb/Service Apartments). We are looking for an organized and proactive Executive to support our expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Property Management & Operations

  • Liaise with Building Management Offices (JMB/MO)
  • Coordinate with field staff and cleaners to ensure rental units are well-maintained and guest-ready.
  • Manage guest inquiries and reservation documents for booking platforms.

2. Consultancy Administration Support

  • Assist in collecting and filing documents for MM2H visas, Student passes, and Property transactions.
  • Communicate with government agencies, international schools, and legal firms on behalf of the company.

3. General Administration

  • Manage company contracts, filing systems, and basic expense reporting.
  • Provide administrative support to the Korean management team.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Language:
    • MANDATORY: English and Bahasa Malaysia
    • ADVANTAGE: Korean
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of working experience in Administration, Real Estate, or Customer Service is preferred. (Fresh graduates with a Degree are welcome to apply).
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Other: Must be willing to work in Mont Kiara.

Salary & Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: MYR 3,000 – MYR 4,000 (Based on experience).
  • Statutory Contributions: EPF, SOCSO, and EIS strictly provided.
  • Leave: Annual Leave & Medical Leave provided as per Malaysian Labour Law.
