Job summary

A leading technology firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Technical Developer to work on ERM application development and support. This role involves implementing vendor systems, developing for SIT/UAT testing, and providing end-to-end support. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in SAS and Unix/Linux shell programming, with strong communication skills and the ability to learn new tools quickly. A background in financial institutions is preferred.

Qualifications

Job description

• Technical Developer and take on development of changes to ERM.
• The implementation and support of vendor systems components.
• Responsible to ERM application development, implementation, and support of SIT/UAT testing:
  • Analyze requirements
  • Involved in design and development stage
  • Involved in unit testing as well as system integrated testing
  • Provide production and UAT/SIT support
  • Plan, prepare and execute system rollout and implementations

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in SAS and Unix/ Linux Shell programming.
• Experience on Linux platform is preferred.
• Experience and knowledge with Aldon LM(e) product & setup are an added advantage
• Bank domain or financial institute working experience and familiar with SDLC process and change management tools
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Have strong delivery ability and able to see end-to-end closure of issues to hit delivery, support commitments with focus & discipline
• To be a quick learner - Gain working level knowledge in any new tools and technology as needed
