Overview

A Despatcher is responsible for transporting proxy cards from a mail facility to a personal or business address. Their duties include using navigation tools to arrive at the right address, verify customer details and delivering the parcels to the correct person/address.

Responsibilities

• To attend daily dispatch duties


• To deliver proxy cards to customers and verify the details


• To submit complete consignment documents and returned parcel to the facility/Customer Service department.


• Review the order before and after the delivery to make sure the order is completed, the charges are correct and the customer is satisfied.


• Well organized; able to maintain punctuality attendance and safekeeping document records properly.


• Pick up and send proxy cards to the area that will be assigned by Team Leader.


• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.


• Follow all state and national safety regulations and standards

Qualifications

• SPM and above


• Have an experience at 1 year in similar designation


• Possess a valid driving license (B2 or B)


• Honest, punctual and highly disciplined
