Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Experience in procurement or sourcing in Engineering Building Services is preferred.
• Strong skills in communication and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end RFQ process.
• Review and validate requestor requirements.
• Consolidate and analyze supplier quotations.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
