A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced RF Project Manager to lead Telco projects in Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing RF activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or Engineering, along with a minimum of 5 years' RF project experience and strong knowledge of Huawei RF systems. Excellent communication and leadership skills are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of RF project experience, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of Huawei RF systems and UMobile network.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise RF project activities including planning and execution.
• Coordinate with telco company and internal teams to achieve project objectives.
• Provide leadership to RF engineers and drive test teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet client requirements.
• Prepare and present progress reports to management and customers.
