Job Description


  • Training Design & Delivery: Develop, implement, and deliver engaging training programs (virtual & in-person) covering sales strategies, customer engagement, and product knowledge. Create learning materials such as presentations, e-learning modules, and practical exercises.

  • Training Coordination: Manage end-to-end logistics including scheduling, venue, equipment, and participant engagement to ensure smooth execution.

  • Evaluation & Needs Analysis: Assess training effectiveness through surveys, evaluations, and performance metrics. Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and align with organisational goals.

  • Collaboration: Partner with HR, sales, and customer service teams to align training with business priorities and address capability gaps.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and guide the L&D team by setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and fostering a collaborative, innovative culture.

A successful Training Manager should have:



  • At Bachelor\'s Degree in HR or any relevant discipline.

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Retail trainer.
