This role requires a minimum of 1-2 years of headhunting experience and a proactive attitude. Actively headhunt and poach high-potential talent from the retail industry – you’re not just waiting for resumes; you’re making things happen.

Tap into internal staff referrals and team networks to help identify suitable candidates.

Leverage job platforms, social media, and recruitment tools to optimize your sourcing game.

Keep a close eye on the recruitment budget – including ad spend and agency costs – and use resources smartly.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining a talent pipeline to meet future hiring needs.

Preferably with a minimumof 1-2 years of working experiencein relevant fields or direct headhunting/poaching experience in the retail sector.

A proven track record of placing strong retail talent into the right roles.

Excellent sourcing skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Achieve a minimum of 12 successful hires per month.

Ensure at least 1 headcount hired per outlet, aligned with manpower requirements.

Handle new staff orientation and update employee records accordingly.
