WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Implement sales strategies and action plans as directed by Managers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
• Deliver an exceptional “WOW” experience to every client, ensuring personalized and memorable interactions.
• Ensure proper care and presentation of merchandise, fixtures, and store environment, keeping everything neat and organized at all times.
• Support effective visual merchandising to uphold brand standards and create an inviting luxury atmosphere.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in a luxury retail (timepieces) environment is preferred, with a good sales track record.
• Fresh graduates who are passionate about luxury retail and eager to learn are encouraged to apply.
• SPM/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages such as Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong appreciation for craftsmanship and heritage in luxury timepieces.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and during high-demand festive seasons.
• Well-groomed and presentable appearance, reflecting the standards of a luxury brand.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients through storytelling.
