The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Apollo Outlet Store, ensuring smooth and efficient store performance. The manager also ensures adherence to brand standards, operational compliance, and supports local marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily outlet operations, including cleanliness, merchandising, and service standards.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Plan and monitor inventory levels, stock accuracy, and stock turnover.
  • Lead, train, and schedule outlet staff; conduct team briefings and reviews.
