Kaimirra specializes in the retail & online sale of Meteorite and Ammolite jewellery & gemstones. We are passionate about providing unique, high-quality products to our customers and are seeking dedicated Retail Sales Associates to join our expanding team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experience and promote products to potential customers
• Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements
• Make sure products are in good condition when handling
• Ensure that the products being sold are accounted for and the details are correct when making sales
• Be able to communicate clearly about products
• Be willing to learn new things quickly
• Set up booths or promotional stands and stock products

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in any discipline
• Preferably 1 - 2 years of working experience in fashion/beauty/jewellery retail industry or equivalent. Fresh graduates with a keen interest in jewellery are encouraged to apply too
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice period
• Flexibility to work on shifts (retail hours)/weekends/public holidays
• Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu, ability to speak additional languages will be an added advantage
• Pleasant, well-groomed & enjoy interacting with people
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management and co-workers
