Job summary

A leading retail company is looking for a Retail Sales Advisor at LaLaport Bukit Bintang City Centre. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of retail sales experience and a relevant educational background. Responsibilities include promoting GINTELL products, providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and managing showroom operations. Applicants must be Malaysian citizens and willing to work on weekends. A competitive remuneration package, including a basic salary and commission, will be offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of retail sales experience, preferably in health, wellness, fitness, or consumer electronics.
• Hands-on experience in retail operations, including sales management and inventory management.
• Ability to work independently with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market GINTELL massage chairs and fitness products to various customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service and engage with customers professionally.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
• Maintain showroom operations and manage daily tasks.
• Participate in events and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness.
