Job summary

A health and wellness company in Negeri Sembilan is looking for a retail sales professional to promote massage chairs and fitness products. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the health or consumer electronics sector. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and managing showroom operations. A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills are essential. The role requires working weekends and public holidays.

Job Responsibility

Promote and market GINTELL massage chairs and fitness products to walk-in, online, and offline customers.

Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring every customer receives a professional, friendly, and engaging experience.

Achieve and exceed showroom sales targets (weekly, monthly, and annually) through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.

Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits to customers.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including follow-ups on enquiries, leads, and after-sales service.

Manage daily showroom operations, including display arrangement, stock checking, and maintaining a clean & presentable showroom environment.

Participate in roadshows, events, and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and capture new leads.

Work closely with the team and management to ensure smooth sales operations and consistent brand standards.

Remuneration package : Basic salary + Sales commission

Job Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of three(3) years of retail sales experience, preferably within a similar industry (health, wellness, fitness, or consumer electronics).

Must possess at least an SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.

Must have hands‑on experience in retail operations, including sales management, product display, stock control and inventory management.

Must demonstrate a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.

Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
