Job Scope
1. Customer Service & Sales
- Greet customers and understand their needs and preferences
2. Product Display & Store Presentation
- Ensure furniture displays are neat, attractive, and properly arranged
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Update price tags, labels, and promotional materials
3. Order Processing & Coordination
- Prepare sales orders, invoices, and delivery documents
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for delivery schedules
- Monitor stock availability and inform customers of lead times
4. After-Sales Support
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and warranty claims professionally
- Assist customers with product care and maintenance advice
5. Sales Target & Reporting
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Prepare daily or weekly sales reports
- Participate in promotions, campaigns, and sales events
- Provide detailed product knowledge on furniture designs, materials, sizes, and pricing
- Recommend suitable furniture based on customer requirements and space
- Handle sales transactions, quotations, and payment processes
- Follow up with customers on orders, delivery, and after-sales inquiries
- Cooperation and communication with superior and colleagues.
Requirements
- Able to work independently and follow instructions
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking
- Prior experience in retail sales is an advantage
