Job summary

Manage and oversee outlet operation, aligning to company branding & business strategy. Promote intensive range and category of products in fulfilling customer needs. Lead the outlet staffs as a team to achieve sales KPI. Perform poison & inventory control. Managing good poison recording and scheduled poison‑related issues. Perform internal and external training for continuous professional development. Handling staff duty schedule. Stay up to date on market trends i.e. medication, product knowledge and latest pharmacology findings. Participate in company promotional activities as required.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree in Pharmacy and registered with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia.
• Well versed in English and Malay; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Candidates with no retail experience are welcomed to apply as training will be provided.
• Able to perform shift duties and willing to relocate.
