Responsibilities
- Retail Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations of all retail outlets to ensure smooth running.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Merchandise Sales & Product Ordering
- Plan and execute sales strategies to meet retail targets.
- Manage product ordering, inventory control, and stock replenishment.
- Ensure correct product assortment, pricing, and attractive displays.
- Inventory & Performance Monitoring
- Monitor stock levels, identify slow-moving items, and plan promotions or markdowns.
- Review and analyze sales performance, inventory turnover, and retail KPIs.
- Prepare retail operations and performance reports for management.
- Budget & Vendor Management
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and expenses to maximize profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms.
- Work with procurement to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field (professional certifications in Retail Management or Supply Chain are an advantage).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong background in merchandise sales, inventory management, and product ordering.
- Experience in managing multiple outlets or high-volume retail operations is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and retail performance metrics.
