Responsibilities
  • Retail Operations Management
    • Oversee daily operations of all retail outlets to ensure smooth running.
    • Maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Merchandise Sales & Product Ordering
    • Plan and execute sales strategies to meet retail targets.
    • Manage product ordering, inventory control, and stock replenishment.
    • Ensure correct product assortment, pricing, and attractive displays.
  • Inventory & Performance Monitoring
    • Monitor stock levels, identify slow-moving items, and plan promotions or markdowns.
    • Review and analyze sales performance, inventory turnover, and retail KPIs.
    • Prepare retail operations and performance reports for management.
  • Budget & Vendor Management
    • Manage budgets, forecasts, and expenses to maximize profitability.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms.
    • Work with procurement to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field (professional certifications in Retail Management or Supply Chain are an advantage).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong background in merchandise sales, inventory management, and product ordering.
  • Experience in managing multiple outlets or high-volume retail operations is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and retail performance metrics.
