Responsibilities
Store Operations & Team Management
- Manage daily operations of all vivo direct retail stores in Malaysia to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
- Lead recruitment, training, performance reviews, and career development for retail staff.
- Build and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Plan and manage merchandise flow, sales activities, and inventory based on market demand.
- Ensure the right product mix and control stock to reduce losses.
- Ensure stores maintain strong brand image, display standards, and premium customer experience.
- Develop sales strategies, monitor sales performance, and adjust plans to hit targets.
- Control store operating costs and stay within budget.
User & Community Operations
- Analyze Malaysian consumer behavior to support product and operational decisions.
- Plan and run user engagement activities through memberships, points, and exclusive offers.
- Create personalized campaigns to increase repeat purchases.
- Build and manage the vivo user community and maintain daily content.
- Collect user feedback and share insights with the product team for improvement.
- Track user data (retention, repurchase, conversion) and optimize strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ retail management experience in mobile or consumer electronics; multi-store management is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in user operations, community management, or data analysis.
- Strong people management, data analysis, and operational planning skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong understanding of user psychology, with good logic and creativity.
- Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
- Skilled in data analysis and familiar with user operation tools and methods.
