Job Scope:
  • Support retail store setup activities, including store opening progress tracking and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in planning and executing store opening schedules, renovation coordination, and ensuring stores are operational as planned.
  • Monitor daily retail operations performance and provide business and sales data support for management review.
  • Oversee in-store visual merchandising, including display standards, new product launches, and exhibition execution to ensure brand consistency.
  • Support social media operations, including TikTok platform growth, content output, and traffic generation across other online platforms.
  • Coordinate and manage retail frontline staff arrangements, including manpower planning, scheduling, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Act as a liaison between retail operations, marketing, and management to ensure effective execution of operational strategies.
JOB REQUIREMENT
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in retail operations or brand retail management.
  • Good knowledge of store operations, sales performance tracking, and visual merchandising.
  • Experience coordinating frontline staff and daily retail operations.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, especially TikTok, is an advantage.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and basic data analysis skills.
  • English and Chinese is required to deal with key personnel.
