Job summary

A leading retail operations firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an individual for the Retail Onsite Operations for E-Commerce role. You will be responsible for executing in-store campaigns, creating engaging visual content, supporting customers via IM chat, managing product listings, and resolving complaints. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Business, Marketing or Mass Communications and has at least a year of relevant experience. This is a contract position lasting up to 12 months, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma required in related fields.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in retail or marketing.
  • Experience in the E-Commerce industry is advantageous.

Able to execute in store campaigns page alongside with creative assets & content creation to gain customer interest in order to maximize conversion into sales.

Visual Creation

Able and produce engaging visual content for platforms and stores

IM chat

Responsible for providing customer support and assistance through IM chat promptly to engage with customers in real-time, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Customer complaints

Responsible for handling and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure it reach mutually satisfactory resolutions for both the customer and the company.

Listing & Product creation

To support on creating and managing product listings, ensure listing accuracy involves reviewing, verifying, and updating product information. Keep product information up-to-date with any changes or enhancements to the product. This includes updates to features, specifications, images, pricing, and availability.

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing and/or Mass Communications or equivalent.

At least 1 year experience in retail, marketing or related experience

Experience in E-Commerce industry would be a plus

Self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing and fluid environment

Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and strong relationship building skills

Excellent planning and organizational skills

Working days/hours : Monday - Friday / 9AM-6PM

Status : Contract

Duration : up to 12 months (subject to extension based on performance and approval)
