Conduct regular Store Visits to monitor competitor activity, shelf pricing, and stock health.

Train retail staff and promoters on product knowledge to increase the "sell-through" rate.

4. Inventory & Demand Planning

Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to ensure Stock Availability across all retail outlets.

Manage "Out-of-Stock" (OOS) risks and monitor "Short-Expiry" items to minimize returns and write-offs.

Analyze Sell-Out Data and Market Share reports to evaluate campaign ROI.

Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including Sales Target Achievement, Listing Success Rate, and Account Profitability.
