A retail company in Selangor, Malaysia is seeking a customer-focused individual to provide unique consumer experiences, including product education and service. Ideal candidates will have qualifications such as an SPM or equivalent, with a preference for retail experience and skills in Mandarin and English. Responsibilities include enhancing product awareness and addressing customer needs. If passionate about sales and skilled in communication, consider applying for this dynamic role.
Provide unique consumer experiences, including guided trials, product education, follow-up, assistance, and purchase support.
Possess in-depth knowledge of products, their features, and benefits, as well as the science behind them.
Drive product awareness, including point-of-purchase activities and stock replenishment.
Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction management, addressing customer queries and concerns.
Identify and resolve customer issues related to products and services.
Collect data related to consumer behavior, product performance, and sales activities, and report findings to relevant stakeholders.
SPM / STPM / Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree or its equivalent.
Relevant work experience in retail industries preferred. Experience in showcasing and conducting product demonstrations preferred.
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, passionate about sales and computer literate.
Basic Mandarin and English verbal skills are required to serve mainly China and other international tourists. Other language-speaking is an added advantage.
