Luxury Designer Haus Sdn Bhd – George Town, Penang

We are an established jewellery brand looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail & E-Commerce Assistant to join our team. Your main priority will be assisting walk-in customers and responding to online inquiries. When the showroom is quiet, you will support simple operational and e-commerce tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, is passionate about jewellery, and wants to grow in a fast-moving retail and e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm, professional service to walk-in customers and assist with product selection.
  • Answer online inquiries from ads (TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.) and guide customers through basic product questions.
  • Support showroom operations, including restocking, arranging displays, and maintaining a clean, presentable environment.
  • Assist with order processing for TikTok Shop and Shopee (picking, packing, labeling, arranging shipment).
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory checks when needed.
  • Perform general support tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Customer-service oriented, friendly, and presentable.
  • Enjoys jewellery, fashion, and engaging with customers.
  • Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently when required.
