JOB DESCRIPTION
Professional Service
  • Provide nutritional consultation and product recommendations to customers.
  • Provide nutritional advice and promote awareness on healthy diet and lifestyle to the public via newsletters and/or health publications.
  • Plan, monitor, and achieve monthly personal sales targets.
  • Acquire and stay updated on product knowledge and market trends in retail establishments.
  • Perform market research, product surveying, and product testing.
  • Participate in new product development and research on its benefits and usage.
  • Complete any other tasks assigned by the superior or ad‑hoc assignments as required.
Stock Management
  • Assist in stock taking.
  • Assist in receiving stocks according to purchase orders.
  • Store products following proper guidelines.
  • Help maintain optimal stock levels for all supplements.
People Management (Co‑Workers & Customers)
  • Provide knowledge training to new co‑workers and support them when needed.
  • Maintain good customer relationships and respond efficiently to customer inquiries.
  • Provide technical support, guidance, and feedback to front‑liners who handle customer inquiries.
  • Assist in company activities such as roadshows, exhibitions, and expos.
