• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and in person, providing information about cake flavors, sizes, pricing, and custom order options.
• Assist with cake decorating tasks, such as applying frosting, adding decorations, and writing personalized messages on cakes, as needed.
• Package cakes and pastries carefully for customers, ensuring they are properly secured for transport to prevent damage.
