We are seeking a Retail Branch Supervisor to oversee daily branch operations, lead the retail team, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and supporting management in driving business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage daily retail branch operations
  • Lead, train, and motivate retail staff to achieve sales and service targets
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product displays
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and assist in performance analysis
  • Support branch manager in staff scheduling and operational planning
  • Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and safety standards
Requirements
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
