Job summary

A leading telecommunications service provider in Kuala Lumpur is looking for enthusiastic individuals for customer service roles. Candidates will assist and promote company products to customers while providing excellent service. The position requires a minimum of SPM qualification and good communication skills in English and Malay. Fresh graduates are welcome. Applicants must be fully vaccinated, including booster doses, and willing to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in customers, present, and promote company products and services to existing and prospective customers.
• To provide good customer service to the customers by being proactive to approach customers, attentive to customer queries and assist them courteously, inform customers on ongoing promotion.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Responsible in generating leads to acquire new customers.
• Actively involved in roadshows, events, and any promotional activities arranged and set by the company.
• Achieve agreed upon sales target and outcome within schedule.
• Excellent communication in English & Malay.
• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Lively, energetic, dynamic individual with a friendly disposition.
• Good working attitude and a dependable team player.
• Able and willing to work in retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum SPM Holder and above is required.
