Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience in the F&B related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist and lead service.
• Ensure day-to-day operations align with management direction.
• Communicate effectively with team members and managers.
• Perform daily stock checks and monthly stock takes.
• Submit accurate reports, including end of day and checklist reports.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
• Uphold cleanliness and operational standards.
• Ensure high service efficiency and sanitation.
• Assist restaurant manager as needed.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as required.

Skills

Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English

Responsible and independent

Ability to work on weekends and public holidays
