We are looking for a responsible and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support the restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a hands‑on approach, and the ability to maintain smooth restaurant operations at all times.
Operations & Service
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and timeliness.
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Staff Management
- Lead, train, schedule, and motivate service staff (waiters, captains, cashiers).
- Conduct daily briefings and coordinate staff duties.
- Assist in new staff onboarding and performance monitoring.
Administration & Reporting
- Oversee cashiering procedures, bill settlement, and POS operations.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering of supplies.
- Prepare daily reports on operations, sales, and staff performance.
Compliance & Standards
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and service guidelines.
- Maintain compliance with food safety and health regulations.
- Ensure proper handling of equipment and facilities.
Urgent Hiring
- Diploma in Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field is an advantage.
- Minimum 2-4 years of supervisory experience in restaurants, cafés, or hotels. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle operational challenges.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
