We are looking for a responsible and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support the restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a hands‑on approach, and the ability to maintain smooth restaurant operations at all times.

Operations & Service
  • Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and timeliness.
  • Ensure cleanliness and compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Staff Management
  • Lead, train, schedule, and motivate service staff (waiters, captains, cashiers).
  • Conduct daily briefings and coordinate staff duties.
  • Assist in new staff onboarding and performance monitoring.
Administration & Reporting
  • Oversee cashiering procedures, bill settlement, and POS operations.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering of supplies.
  • Prepare daily reports on operations, sales, and staff performance.
Compliance & Standards
  • Ensure adherence to company SOPs and service guidelines.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and health regulations.
  • Ensure proper handling of equipment and facilities.
Urgent Hiring
  • Diploma in Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field is an advantage.
