We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Jun Cuisine Enterprise Sdn Bhd in Ipoh, Perak. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service and leading a team of dedicated waitstaff.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including scheduling and managing the waitstaff team.

Ensuring high standards of customer service, food quality, and cleanliness are maintained at all times.

Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for necessary supplies and equipment.

Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between front and back of house.

Providing training and development opportunities for the waitstaff team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Assisting with the implementation of new policies, procedures, and initiatives to improve overall restaurant operations.
