Duties and Responsibilities
Restaurant Manager
  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance
  • Ensure compliance with food quality, hygiene, safety, and SOP standards
  • Conduct staff briefings, training, performance monitoring, and roster planning
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
  • Manage POS systems, inventory, stock checks, and outlet administration
  • Oversee restaurant opening/closing, cleanliness, and store presentation
  • Prepare monthly performance and operational reports
  • Support new store openings and staff training
  • Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Service Crew
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service
  • Assist with ordering, payments, and POS operations
  • Prepare sauces, condiments, and basic food items
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and workstation readiness
  • Clear tables, sanitize dining areas, and support team operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
  • F&B experience preferred (No Pork, No Lard)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills (Manager role)
  • Positive attitude, good service skills, and teamwork
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
