About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, driving operational efficiency, managing the team, and achieving financial performance targets. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.

What you will do

Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team to deliver flawless, anticipatory, and personalized service. Ensure the seamless daily operation of the outlet, maintaining alignment with Four Seasons brand standards. Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to provide exceptional dining experiences. Manage guest relations, handling feedback with professionalism and ensuring guest satisfaction. Drive financial performance through cost control, revenue growth, and profitability. Oversee scheduling, training, and performance management of the team. Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.

What you bring

Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment. Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations, service standards, and luxury hospitality practices. Proven ability to lead multicultural teams with empathy and effectiveness. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (Mandarin or additional languages an advantage). Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
