Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead Your Shifts – Take full operational control during your shifts, managing crew members and ensuring smooth service during peak hours.
- Drive Performance – Monitor sales, control costs, manage cash handling, and contribute to hitting restaurant targets that determine your bonuses.
- Deliver Excellence – Maintain A&W's CHAMPS standards (Cleanliness, Hospitality, Accuracy, Maintenance, Product Quality, Speed) and ensure every customer has a great experience.
- Manage Operations – Handle inventory ordering, staff scheduling, daily reporting, and maintain food safety compliance.
- Develop Your Team – Coach and train crew members, conduct performance reviews, and build the next generation of leaders.
- Learn the Business – Your Restaurant Manager will mentor you on full P&L management, strategic planning, and multi-unit operations to prepare you for promotion.
What You Need to Succeed
- Minimum 2 years in restaurant/hospitality management (supervisor or assistant manager level)
- QSR or fast-food experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver excellent customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Good understanding of food safety, inventory control, and cash management
- Responsible and maintain positive attitude with a high level of energy at all times
