Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Your Shifts – Take full operational control during your shifts, managing crew members and ensuring smooth service during peak hours.
  • Drive Performance – Monitor sales, control costs, manage cash handling, and contribute to hitting restaurant targets that determine your bonuses.
  • Deliver Excellence – Maintain A&W's CHAMPS standards (Cleanliness, Hospitality, Accuracy, Maintenance, Product Quality, Speed) and ensure every customer has a great experience.
  • Manage Operations – Handle inventory ordering, staff scheduling, daily reporting, and maintain food safety compliance.
  • Develop Your Team – Coach and train crew members, conduct performance reviews, and build the next generation of leaders.
  • Learn the Business – Your Restaurant Manager will mentor you on full P&L management, strategic planning, and multi-unit operations to prepare you for promotion.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Minimum 2 years in restaurant/hospitality management (supervisor or assistant manager level)
  • QSR or fast-food experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver excellent customer service
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Good understanding of food safety, inventory control, and cash management
