Requirements: 1-2 years or more experience in related job. Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality is an advantage. Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to multitask and perform well under pressure. Team player with good communication and a positive attitude. Neat, well-groomed, and presentable appearance. Willingness to work flexible hours & long hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Guest Service & Experience:

  • Greet and seat customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Present menus, explain specials, and take food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction during their meal.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback courteously.
  • Process bills and payments accurately through POS systems.

Cleanliness & Hygiene:

  • Maintain cleanliness of dining area, tables, chairs, and service stations.
  • Ensure cutlery, glassware, and crockery are clean and well-presented.
  • Follow proper opening, service, and closing procedures.
  • Adhere to hygiene and safety standards at all times.

Teamwork & Communication:

  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
  • Communicate guest requests, allergies, or special requirements to the kitchen.
  • Support teammates during busy periods (e.g., running food, clearing tables).
  • Attend pre-shift briefings and follow management instructions.
