Our client is expanding more F&B outlets and inviting passionate, service-oriented individuals to join the team for the following positions:

• Restaurant Assistant Manager x 2 (Sunway Pyramid/1-Utama)
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and service standards
  • Supervise service team, staff scheduling, and shift coverage
  • Ensure smooth coordination between service and kitchen teams
  • Handle customer feedback and assist in sales, reporting, and inventory checks
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards
• Restaurant Supervisor x 4 (Sunway Pyramid/1-Utama/Mid Valley/Genting Highlands)
  • Supervise daily service operations and floor activities
  • Lead and motivate service staff to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Conduct briefings and on-the-job training
  • Ensure service SOPs, cleanliness, and table turnover standards are met
  • Assist in handling customer inquiries and complaints
• Senior Waitress x 4 (Sunway Pyramid/1-Utama/Mid Valley/Genting Highlands)
  • Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests
  • Take orders accurately and coordinate with kitchen and service teams
  • Assist in mentoring junior service staff
  • Ensure cleanliness, proper setup, and service efficiency
  • Handle guest requests and feedback courteously

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• 3–5 years of F&B service experience, with minimum 1–2 years at Supervisory level (Assistant Manager & Supervisor roles)
• Minimum 1–2 years of F&B service experience (Senior Waitress roles)

• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
