A leading global chocolate manufacturer is seeking a Research Scientist to lead low to medium complexity projects in chocolate product innovation. This role requires collaboration with Marketing, QA, and external vendors to develop new products and processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's in Food Science, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and a strong background in chocolate technology and data analysis. This position is based at the APAC R&D Center in Malaysia.
