Job description

Job Description Duties & Responsibilities:

• To perform laboratory tests and research on new products and raw materials.
• To conduct R&D studies for value-added, quality improvement or cost reduction on existing products.
• To operate and maintain laboratory analysis equipment in accordance with standard procedures.
• To maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory and ensure proper care of lab equipment.
• To collect, log experimental data and conduct statistical analyses on the samples.
• To prepare findings for presentation and assist in laboratory analysis, quality control, or data management.
• To assist, facilitate, and support the team during the commercialization stage of the product.
• To assist in handling the Quality Management System for ISO, HACCP and GMP.
• To undertake field visits and assist in customer technical support.
• To carry out any ad hoc duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Animal Science, Agriculture and Plant Science, Aquaculture / Aquatic Science, or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.
• 2 positions are available.
• Good command of Mandarin, English to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders (spoken and written).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• A self-starter who can work on their own initiative without constant supervision.
