Job summary

A leading renovation services company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Project Sales Executive to drive sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has at least a diploma or degree, with 1-5 years of sales or marketing experience in building materials. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, with Mandarin as a plus. This role involves building strong customer relationships and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-5 years of working experience in Sales/Marketing in building material preferred.
• Experience in liaising with Contractors and Building Owners is advantageous.
• Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and marketing efforts, identify potential customers and projects.
• Perform site surveys, prepare sales proposals and quotations.
• Engage in negotiation with customers, ensuring compliance with pricing policies.
