Job description
Responsibilities
  1. Respond promptly to store maintenance and renovation requests, ensuring swift resolution to uphold operational efficiency.
  2. Monitor and control the monthly store maintenance budget, optimizing resource allocation for cost-effective outcomes.
  3. Coordinate regular services such as air conditioning maintenance and yearly electricity calibration for designated stores.
  4. Lead the site takeover process for new outlets, collaborating with contractors and ensuring adherence to renovation timelines.
  5. Manage the closure and restoration of stores, liaising with malls, obtaining quotations, and ensuring restoration aligns with timelines and mall requirements.
  6. Study and understand fit‑out rules and regulations of each mall, coordinating with departments to establish procedures compliant with landlord requirements.
  7. Foster effective communication and collaboration with departments, contractors, and mall management for pop‑up/kiosk setups and structural work.
  8. Conduct store visits to rectify structural issues and collaborate with mall fit‑out/maintenance teams to address problems, ensuring smooth store operations.
  9. Take charge of overseeing all aspects of store maintenance, including the preparation of comprehensive documentation such as quotation and purchase order for renovation, maintenance, and related activities.
  10. Maintain organized documentation and filing systems for quotations, lighting specifications, store designs, and individual mall requirements, ensuring easy reference and efficient maintenance.
