Qualifications

• 8‑10 years of experience leading complex U.S. Government construction projects.
• Ability to coordinate multi‑project oversight with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support risk management and engineering assessments.
• Oversee program design including Design‑Build and remote‑site construction.
• Conduct technical evaluations and develop Independent Government Cost Estimates.
• Ensure quality assurance across multiple projects.
• Provide oversight of schedule and cost control.
• Advise on overseas infrastructure delivery.
• Prepare and present reports to senior leadership.

Skills

Strong risk management skills

Proficient in schedule control methodologies

Expertise in program design

Experience with IGCE development

Knowledge of QA/QC and compliance

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
